What If I need to cancel my order?
If your cake has been made or is in process of being made with ingrediants specially brought or items made, then your deposit will be non refundable.
However if you have given enough notice of your cancellation and nothing has been brought or made then your deposit would be totally refundable.
Do you have cakes available today?
Unfortunatly, I do not have readymade cakes and cannot provide cakes in a short time frame.
Do you deliver, what’s the cost?
Although collection is preferable. I would be happy to deliver for a delivery charge based on mileage.
I don’t know what kind of style I want, where do I start?
I am more then happy to provide a personal consultation (either in person or over the phone) to help you make a decision for what you would like for your special event.
I do suggest the internet as an amazing source of cake inspiration, google search or Pinterest is an excellent place to start!
There are other bakers I’ ve seen that make cheaper cakes, why should I order from you?
Its true that there are lots of bakers out there who can offer you a cake for less cost. However I’ve been baking for 10 years and have built up my knowledge and skill to design cakes that maybe other bakers can’t. I specialise in fondant cakes, clean lines and sharp edges to give a modern look to your bespoke cake.
Further more I care about each cake I make and hate to let it go, pride and love is something that cannot be brought.
Am I limited to the cake designs on your website?
Not at all, the pictures on this website are examples of work done in the past. Please feel free to email over any inspirational designs you may have seen on other sites.
Yes, I would like to order a cake, what do I do now?
Simply fill out the contact form and call me to discuss your requirements. Before I can book your order I would require a 50% deposit which can only be refundable if no cake has been made or if special ingrediants or items have not be brought for the cake
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
It is highly recommended to place orders at least 3-4 weeks in advance as dates can get booked up. For wedding cakes I recommend you place your order 2-3 months in advance of your wedding date. I cannot book your date until a deposit has been paid
How much are your cakes?
As all bespoke cakes are individually made to your requirements they are priced according to design and labour. Please contact me to discuss requirements where I can quote you for your cake design. However my 6 inch 3 layered cakes starts from £60
